Office Administrator / HR Intern Job in Kenya

Buildafrique Consulting Group is a multi-disciplinary consulting group of companies offering consultancy services in the construction industry and real estate industry.
Buildafrique wishes to recruit highly motivated and result oriented individual graduates to fill the position of Office Administrator / Human Resource paid Internship for a period of six months after which the candidates shall be inducted into full employment.

Office Administrator / Human Resource Intern
The position will provide full reception and office administrative support to all the services provided by the company, as may be required for effective and efficient operations.
The position will also assist in Human Resource activities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing of the Company reception.
  • Provide assistance to customers in the most appropriate manner to meet their needs, demonstrate due attention to customers and a professional approach at all times
  • Accurately receive, respond and record customer enquiries and information and direct customers appropriately;
  • Receive and process follow up information about previous customer requests;
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support, information storage and printing;
  • Supervise outsourced services and oversee the requisitions for office supplies;
  • Prepare presentations for executive level and client meetings, draft responses to various correspondences, and process statistical data and accounts.
  • Assist in performance appraisal of office staff and employees,
  • Assist in recruitment processes of Company Human Resource.
  • Manage the Internal Human Resource Enterprise System of the Company and database, including daily management of all matters related to company staff personnel and employees.
Job qualifications and core competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • MS-Office, Information Technology (IT), and Accounting packages literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
