- An administrative assistant must be extremely
responsible, receptive and quick to perform tasks.
- He/she must have managerial skills and should
be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Good organizational skills and excellent
communication skills are also some of the skills which are required by an
administrative support assistant.
- He/she should be dynamic, self-starter,
Self-motivated, Aggressive, Adaptable
- Attentive and should have problem solving
abilities.
- Should have an accounting and marketing
background, Sales oriented and Customer oriented
- Cost conscious with Corporate environment
experience is a must, Innovative
- Knowledge of office processes, practices, and
computer software applications.
- Discretion, good judgment ability, adaptable
and versatile individual.
- Organizational skills or management ability.
- Effective listening and verbal communication
skills.
- Initiative and ability to operate
independently.
Education and Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- High school certificate of grade C and above.
- Experience in Administrative support
activities is an advantage.
