Job Title: Pharmacist
 
Supervisor:
 Chief Trainer / Health Consultant
 
The Pharmacist will work directly with our health professionals, and clients to ensure food supplements contribute to the best possible health outcomes.
 
Key Tasks: The scope and focus of activities in Dynapharm team will be clarified through six-monthly goal setting meetings with the Chief Trainer / Health Consultant. 


The following specific responsibilities must be carried out:
  • Respond efficiently to enquiries for Dynapharm and respond with appropriate information about Dynapharm Kenya.
  • Assessment of patients with undiagnosed or diagnosed conditions
  • Ascertaining clinical medication management needs
  • Specialized monitoring of disease states
  • Providing patients with health monitoring and advise
  • Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the advantages of Dynapharm Kenya.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for provision of Dynapharm for potential clients, in liaison with the Chief Trainer /Health Consultant
  • Sales and marketing initiatives
  • Make a thorough market and brand review at regular times
  • Conduct market research to understand market dynamics.
  • Implement the marketing plan in respect of budget, timing and brand guide lines.
  • Recommend corrective measures to achieve the targets.
Requirements
  • Should be registered with the pharmacy and poisons board
  • Experience : over 2yrs pharmacy exposure preferred
  • Ability to work carefully, methodically and accurately
  • Good interpersonal skills and scientific aptitude
  • Conscientious, motivated and willing to learn
  • Committed and professional attitude

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
 
Supervisor: General Manager
 
The position holder will be responsible for providing support to sales and marketing department as directed by the General Manager
 
The coordinator will be responsible for growing sales volumes, coordinate events and retain existing clients in addition to developing new business and identifying opportunities which result in business growth.
 

Key Tasks: The scope and focus of activities in Dynapharm team will be clarified through six-monthly goal setting meetings with the General Manager. 

The following specific responsibilities must be carried out:
  • Oversee and mentor the marketing team to achieve sales targets
  • Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the advantages of Dynapharm Kenya.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for provision of Dynapharm to potential clients, in liaison with the General Manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
  • Direct marketing and market segmentation
  • Carry out market trend, competitor and customer surveys
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in an incredibly fast paced environment
  • Strong understanding of current marketing concepts and best practices
  • Make a thorough market and brand review at regular times
  • Conduct market research to understand market dynamics.
  • Implement the marketing plan in respect of budget, timing and brand guide lines.
  • Participate in Dynapharm marketing efforts at trade shows and conferences.
  • Develop a good knowledge of the remote sensing market; demand, competition and prices.
Requirements
  • Degree in sales and marketing
  • Experience & exposure  : More than 3years
  • Professional certification from the Chartered institute of management (CIM)
  • Conversant with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Able to function with minimal direction and supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer care
  • Excellent skills in: market research, coordination, project management & financial skills

Job Title: Field Sales Executives
 
Supervisor: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
 
The position holder will be responsible for growing sales volumes, coordinate events and retain existing clients in addition to developing new business and identifying opportunities which result in business growth.

  • Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the advantages of Dynapharm Kenya.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for provision of Dynapharm to potential clients, in liaison with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
  • Direct marketing and market zoning
  • Carry out market trend, competitor and customer surveys
  • Strong understanding of current marketing concepts and best practices
  • Make a thorough market and brand review at regular times
  • Conduct market research to understand market dynamics.
  • Participate in Dynapharm marketing efforts at trade shows and conferences.
  • Develop a good knowledge of the remote sensing market; demand, competition and prices.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in sales and marketing
  • Experience of more than 3years will be an added advantage
  • Passion for sales and marketing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to function with minimal direction and supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer care
  • Excellent skills in: sales & marketing, market research & brand management
