Relations Executives.

- A guest relations officer gives each guest a
personal recognition
- Meets and greets arriving guests and bids them
farewell as they leave
- Reviews the arrival list daily and assists in
preparing and distributing welcome amenities
- Attends promptly to customers' inquiries and
assists them with their needs
- Provides solutions to customer’s issues or
concerns.
- Promotes all the facilities of the restaurant
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- highly social, team player and easy to
integrate with clients and staff.
