Hashi Energy is currently looking for four recent graduates to join their team as Graduate Operations Trainees to be based in Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Nairobi Depots. 

Position Description:
 The Graduate Operations trainees’ position is the track for a comprehensive development program designed for university graduates who aspire to become the next generation of Operation Managers at Hashi Energy.

This program offers an environment that provides on-the-job training that will prepare you for a successful operations career at Hashi Energy.


What You Need To Be Eligible:
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and have graduated prior to the Program’s start date.
  • Accountancy training or qualification will be an added advantage
  • You are fluent in English with great interpersonal skills.
