Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in General Agricultural
course
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm
management in a commercial farm
- Excellent agronomic knowledge of crop and animal
husbandry skills
- Excellent people management and good
communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and be a dynamic team
player
- Proven evidence of managerial skills is
essential
