Vacancy: French Speaking Executive Administration Assistant

Our client is seeking to recruit an Executive Administration Assistant who is bilingual (French & English Speaking).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
  • Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage projects and conducting research
  • Prepare and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Making travel and guest arrangements
  • Providing quality customer service
  • Working in a professional environment
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Requirements
  • Should have a Bachelors degree in Administration or a Diploma in Customer Service or Front Office Management
  • Must have exemplary Customer service skills
