The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. 

This role requires an in depth knowledge of our DataBank cloud backup solution and market goals. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must.

Vacancy: Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
  • Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • In depth knowledge of SEO and adwords programs.
Core Competency Requirements
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, DreamWeaver, CMS, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
Experience / Skills:
  • Degree level qualification in Marketing, IT or similar or an equivalent Marketing/IT based qualification

Vacancy: Front Office Admin

  • Provide administrative support to consultant staff including travel, expenses, calendar, membership renewal, editing presentations, and case documents
  • Maintain office supply inventory and restock as necessary
  • Assist with planning conferences and annual events hosted by the firm
  • Answer main phone line; determine purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Answer questions about the firm and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
  • Greet guests, determine nature of business and announce guests to appropriate personnel
  • Authorize guests access and assign visitor office space for guests as needed
  • Accept deliveries and notify appropriate staff in a timely manner
  • Assist staff at various levels with administrative duties as requested
  • Create and edit correspondence, files, and indices
  • Maintain clean reception area
  • Assist other administrative team members in down time
  • Provide data input support
  • Update/maintain office phone list
  • Schedule meetings and book conference rooms and offices
  • Serve as “concierge” for the office
  • Other duties assigned as needed
Core Competency Requirements
  • At least a diploma in business/communication/related course
  • Should have basic accounting knowledge
  • Customer service and admin experience an advantage
  • At least 1year front office or administrative experience
  • Must be computer literate
