Kenya Administrative
Intern
The
Global Peace Foundation Kenya is offering an internship position for a suitable
candidate interested in General Office Administration.
Reports
to: GPF
Kenya Executive Assistant
Primary
Responsibilities are summarized below:
- Support
the effective operation and smooth running of the office.
- Create
and maintain an efficient filling system and database for all
administrative documents and contacts.
- Support
the delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, drafting letters
and correspondences in consultation with the Executive Assistant, produce
information by transcribing, attend office meetings and produce minutes.
- Make
flight bookings, hotel bookings and other GPF international guests
administrative requirements.
- Support
the coordination of meetings, events, training workshops, conferences
e.t.c.
- Provide
program support when required and any other duties that may be assigned by
the Executive Assistant.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’
degree in Business Administration, Communications or any other related
courses
- Computer
proficiency, excellent oral and written communication skills, self-driven
- Must
be a team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
Terms of appointment: This is a (3) months internship position
renewable subject to satisfactory performance.
