The Embassy of the Republic of Korea
in Nairobi seeks a suitable qualified Kenyan candidate for a role in the
administration department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing the necessary documents to
facilitate arrival and departure of diplomatic staff
- Supporting general administrative duties
including procurement and scheduling
- Drafting of relevant Note Verbales and other
official documents for the Embassy
- Facilitating communication between the
Embassy, Government ministries, county governments and international
organizations
- Coordinating protocol on behalf of diplomatic
staff and Embassy guests
- Conducting research on important economic,
political and social issues
- Consular and any other administrative work as
may be required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences,
international studies, law or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate sound work ethics
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in any
reputable institution preferably government organization, other diplomatic
mission or international organization
- Be computer literate (including MS world,
Excel, Powerpoint)
