Vacancy: Account Assistant Executive (Receivables)
Job Overview: The role is responsible for securing outstanding
payments and posting invoices.
Responsibilities
- Historic debt collection
- Customer relations management
- Invoice posting
- Account balance reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly statements
- Preparation of various reports e.g. debtors
list
Requirements
- CPA Level 1/ACCA level 1 / B.Com Finance
- Minimum 3 years general accounting experience
(focus on accounts receivables preferred)
- Possess effective communication and problem
solving ability
- Proficient in use of QuickBooks and MS Office
applications
- Ability to confidently interact with client
representatives at all levels
