Our client is a middle sized printing firm. 

They seek to hire a personal assistant to the Managing Director who will work closely with the rest of the staff to provide administrative support whilst maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions in the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries at the reception
  • Making appointments and planning the MD’s diary
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director is well prepared for meetings
  • Replying to emails, faxes and letters
  • Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary
  • Assisting with projects by researching or writing reports
  • Organizing and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Standing in for the director in their absence
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, casuals and other staff
  • Maintaining office hygiene
  • Supporting staff on admin and operational issues
Skills and Qualifications
  • Females desired
  • Diploma in administration or secretarial studies
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Aged above 28 years old
  • Good image
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work for flexible hours
  • Organized and has good interpersonal skills
