Our client, a high-end safari company
based in Naivasha is looking for a Personal
Assistant.
The successful candidate will be
based in Nairobi and work from home but will be required to travel every 2 days
of the week to Naivasha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create safari proposals.
- Costing, bookkeeping and reconciliation of the
company’s expenditure.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making
appointments.
- Dealing with incoming email and post on behalf
of the manager.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Organizing and ensuring the director is well
prepared for meetings.
Qualifications/Skills:
- He/she must have previous experience in a
luxury safari company.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Impeccable English both written and spoken.
- Computer literate with strong PowerPoint
knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, client oriented and able
to work under pressure.
- Knowledge and experience in photography is an
added advantage.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 80,000 - 100,000/= (Approx. 842 - 1,052 USD)
depending on experience
