Busara is recruiting for the above
position for a research project on improved cook stoves, which will be based in
Central Region of Kenya.
Busara seeks to recruit field officers to help in implementing the project in the
following respective areas: Kikuyu, Limuru and probably Kiambu area.
- Degree or diploma graduate in social sciences,
developmental studies, economics or any other related course
- Should be computer literate
- Previous experience in data collection and
entry desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably Kikuyu-dialect speakers
Responsibilities
- Field Officers will work individually and in a
team to administer surveys in these areas.
- They will organize data in the field, compile
survey information, translate between English and Swahili, and complete
other tasks required for the project or assigned by the Project lead.
- Field Officers may be required to work outside
standard business hours.
Work Duration: Successful applicants will be hired for 1 month on a casual basis.
