Vacancy: Technical Engineer –
Nairobi, Kenya

The successful candidate MUST have
technical experience of handling cash processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to partner or end
user to solve ATM technical problems.
- Provide on-site support in different cities.
- Manage & process customer complaints and /or
new requirement processes.
- Prepare service reports to the customer and
prepare technical analysis.
- Collect data and submit bi-weekly report to
Headquarters.
- Assist in management and preparation of
technical tender documents.
- Manage local projects such as Pilot-Test,
Technical Upgrades and others.
- Prepare and help out in technical
documentation such as the spare-part lists.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years working experience in
technical support or customer service.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science / Electronics Engineering.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and write Chinese
will be an added advantage.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.
