Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Managing Partner
with the following attributes
- Effective communication skills both oral and
written
- Approachable and outgoing personality
- Conversant with use of MS-Office programs
- Excellent writing skills, reporting and
presentation
- Knowledge of administrative & clerical
procedures
- Honesty, integrity and ability to handle
multiple competing priorities
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in office management
- At least CPA 1 and above 28 years of age.
Graduate Trainees:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
- At least CPA 1 qualification with strong ICT
skills and team player
