Position: Accountant
Our client headquartered in UK is in
the business of importing and distributing complimentary pharmaceutical & medicinal
products & alcohol products is now opening in Kenya.
The successful candidate will be
reporting to Kenya Management Team & Regional Financial Controller in
Nigeria.
Qualifications & Experience Required:

- Ideal candidate should have the necessary
qualifications for the role with at least 2 or 3 years relevant
experience.
- Candidates with Hindi or Gujarati language
skills are desirable.
- Fluent Kiswahili is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining all ledgers and
bookkeeping.
- Oversee import of products, clearance and
management of stock into storage.
- Manage inventory and control of local
dispatches.
- Manage sales invoicing and credit control.
- Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly
management reports.
- Preparation of Accounting reports as
prescribed by Regional Financial Controller
- Maintain and upkeep records / filing for any
statutory reporting / auditing.
- General administrative assistance to the
Management team as required from time to time.
Duty station: Nairobi.
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
