Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other
relevant field.
- 5 years experience sales and marketing, dealer
development and/or brand management in trade of power tools consumer
durable or industrial products
- Ability to assess dealers/ staff, etc
performance and continuously develop improvement plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented, self motivated, and ability
to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment,
possess a high degree of accuracy and possess the ability to handle

to be on par with the Country Sales Directors of the agencies
