Executive Personal Assistant
This international insurance company
require a PA to the Executive team.
Based in Muthaiga, Nairobi they must
be able to carry out a wide variety of administration tasks.
Excellent command of both spoken and
written English required.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration duties to a team of 3-5
insurance executives.
- Communicate confidently with corporate and
personal clients.
- Total precision with copy and audio typing at
high speed.
- Organise, prioritise and focus on key tasks.
- Manage time and conflicting priorities between
different executives.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years Experience as a PA
- Insurance experience
- Must have audio & copy typing with high
speed.
- Good standard education, literacy and
numeracy.
- IT literate MS office and others
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.80,000
- 100,000/= (Approx. 840USD – 1000USD) plus benefits
