We are seeking to recruit the following high calibre individual to join our team of young professionals. 

Job Title:
 Customer Service Executive
 

Department: Customer Experience & Projects
 
Immediate Supervisor: Assistant Manager- Customer Experience

Overall Responsibility: The position is responsible for support of the organization’s business retention objective and enhancement of quality of data and reporting

Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the customer service unit in handling of customer complaints, queries and/or feedback in a timely manner
  • Responsible for compilation of the business retention reports for review and analysis
  • Actively participate in data enrichment which involves data capture, review, analysis and generate reports as may be required
  • Participate in the Internal Quarterly feedback initiative
  • Track and follow-up of timely reports from the contact center
  • Track and report the company’s performance in delivering the required customer experience
  • Act as a liaison between the contact center and unit on daily operations
  • Handle the implementation and learning of the Customer Experience ERP modules
  • Mine and analyze data to determine the level of customer service in each function
  • Mine and utilize data to enhance the customer profile
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent
  • 4 years of relevant working experience
Competencies
  • Knowledge in Claims and Underwriting
  • Strong Organization and Analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and develop others
  • Ability to build relationships, innovativeness and customer orientation
