Job Title: Client Service Manager

Our client is a leading provider of
records and data storage services in Kenya.
They seek to hire a client service
manager who will be responsible for managing accounts, acquisition of new
clients through follow and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client business contact
- Take charge of all transaction and activities
between the clients and the company.
- Establishing and maintaining long lasting
relationships with the clients, nurturing business relationships with the
existing and new clients with an objective of increasing company revenue
by meeting the set targets
- Initiate new business by establishing new
business contacts by developing thorough knowledge of the clients’
business and market trends
- Attending client meeting to understand their
needs
- Assist in public relations and marketing
activities
- Managing new and existing clients by
ensuring constant communication
- Preparing sales contract terms as per client’s
needs and discussing the same to customer’s satisfaction after necessary
approval
- Preparing accurate and timely quotations as
per the client’s needs
- Advising the clients on new company products
and services
- Preparing comprehensive and timely reports
- Implementing the approved sales and marketing
strategies
- Delivery on daily company standards and adhere
to service and quality standards
- Handling any other duties that may be assigned
from time to time
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Skills and qualifications required
- Aged between 27 and 34 years
- Has a solid background in client service or
account management for at least 4 years
- Should have experience interacting with
decision makers
- Experience working in a high paced business
environment
- Candidates with an IT background will have an
added advantage but not a must
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in overseeing processes from
beginning to the end
- Ability to negotiate and ensure a win, win
situation for all parties
- Creative and critical thinker with
methodological approach to assignments
