Position 1: Management Accountant 

Purpose of the Position:
 The Management Accountant will be responsible for financial analysis such as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, reviewing operational performance, preparing timely and accurate month end and financial reports, ensure appropriate accounting principles and procedures are followed, and meet statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business from a recognized University.
  • CPA/ACCA
  • MUST Have 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • MUST Have Proven experience in FMCG companies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiar with Sage Pastel
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
Position 2: Credit Controller 

Purpose of the Position: The Credit Controller will be responsible for credit management, handling collection of finances, resolution of account queries and manage debt recovery. 

He/she will have to maintain close links with all customers to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business from a recognized University

Position: Marketing Coordinator 

Purpose of the Positions:
 Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports.

Functional Responsibilities:
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with external suppliers; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

Position: Technical Operator

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Observing all rules and regulations as stipulated in the company policies and regulations (Food safety policy, hygiene rules, DIL code of conduct).
  • Report to the supervisor any unwanted activity or that which goes against the spirit of the food safety policy, hygiene rules and the DIL code of conduct.
  • Writing daily production reports on time.
  • Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication of all machines and their records and any other assignment as directed by superior.
  • Calculate mean time between failures and mean time to repair and be part of root cause seeking thereof.
  • Participate in all problem solving sessions where machines are involved.
  • Ensure that process equipment are maintained clean all the time and update cleaning records.
  • Report any product non-conformities as a result of machine failure to the section supervisor, and isolate any affected product to prevent unintended use.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all the activities as stipulated in the various SOPs.
  • Should learn how to run and operate all machinery in production.
  • Able to train new operators (and old ones) on how to run and operate the machines properly/reduce down time and stoppage time (increase uptime) and reduce raw materials wastage.
  • Checking of all machines (having a check list) every day, and maintain complete machine history.
  • Identifying problem/root cause on all machines that might delay the production and or cause non conformities on the product.
  • Reporting (or raising a job card) any machine to Engineering that requires immediate repair, and to be able to identify and justify machines problem/s that repair or maintenance can be delayed (in favor of production) without causing additional problems or damage on the machine.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (plant option) or Electrical Engineering (power option)

Position: Quality Assurance Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Inspection of all the incoming materials to ensure that only materials that conform to the company specifications are accepted.
  • Carrying out any required analysis on raw materials and finished products as per the laid down operational procedures.
  • Monitoring of the set Critical Control Points and Operational Prerequisite Programmes (O-PRP) at the specified frequencies in the HACCP plans and O-PRP plans respectively, and reporting to the relevant authorities when the critical limits are exceeded.
  • Monitoring the entire processes as guided by Standard Operating Procedures, to ensure process control of both Spices & Herbs and /or Snacks.
  • Ensuring that product non-conformities are controlled at all levels, and any non-conformity is properly documented and product isolated to prevent unintended use.
  • Carrying out shelf life studies on the current products as per the laid down procedure.
  • Actively participating in any research on new product development and improvement of the existing ones.
  • Sensory evaluation of all products being packed to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Ensuring that high hygiene standards are upheld in the production environments and the plant in general, by carrying out daily and weekly hygiene audits, and equipment are cleaned as per the laid down schedule.
  • Ensuring that personnel in production areas adhere to the set hygiene rules at all times.
  • Maintaining clean Quality Control records and properly filing them within 24 hours.
  • Carrying out preshipment inspections on goods being dispatched to the market.
  • Undertaking any other assigned duties, when the circumstances at hand dictate so.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/ Chemistry
  • Experience in food processing Quality Assurance
  • Training and working knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
