Job Title: Broadcast Engineer
 
Reporting To: Regional Technical Manager - VSAT

Key Responsibilities

  • System Integration, Maintenance and Servicing for Present Broadcast networks
  • All technical aspects in media and broadcast, Satellite and associated technologies
  • Apply artistic techniques and talents in conjunction with a full technical knowledge of state-of-the-art broadcast television, radio and emerging media needs.
  • Assist and interpret comprehensive technical information and artistic and aesthetic concepts in unique situations to team members, management, clients/customers.
  • Make recommendations as required and suggest and support alternative approaches.
  • Cultivate and maintain client/customer relationships involving decision making and problem solving.
  • Plan, implement and maintain all related media and broadcast infrastructure.
  • Broadcast NOC management for monitoring and management of services.
  • Managing 24x7 Support and SLA to customers.
  • Assist pre-sales in media broadcast solution and equipment selection.
  • Assist to conduct successful POC and Demos.
  • Advise management on way forward with media and broadcast related solutions.
  • Daily, weekly Reports
  • Provides technical support to broadcast facilities in maintenance, installation and modification of technical broadcasting equipment.
  • Sets up and operates various broadcasting equipment, checks equipment for operational readiness; provides operational assistance/instruction to others as needed.
  • Prepares and maintains various technical records and engineering logs pertaining to broadcast equipment performance and discrepancies according to regulations.
  • Tests and aligns new equipment prior to installation in broadcast facility.
  • Sets up and maintains transmission equipment for broadcast and point-to-point microwave links, Fiber links
  • Scheduled system backups
  • Produce technical (HUB / RFT) performance reports
  • Spares planning
  • BW utilization reports
  • Managing and running all Hub systems and Network for smooth operation
  • Monthly system analysis and review. Share the finding with Regional and Technical manager for further planning and action.
  • Managed help desk ticketing system, Open ticket follow-up and resolution.
  • Manage new installations and service changes as per Project Tracking Forms
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management as and when required
  • Adhere to process and procedures
  • Audio Studio Installation, Maintenance and Servicing for Present Broadcast Industries
  • Daily call analysis from ERP and take proactive and reactive actions

At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in media and broadcasting industry with extensive experience in

Job Title: Project Manager
 
Reporting To: Head – Business Operations

Key Responsibilities
 
Project Planning
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Project control
  • Write reports on the project for management
  • Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
  • Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
  • Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
Project Evaluation
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
