Administration Manager Job in Kenya

Opportunity to Serve: Administration Manager
 
BTL, a Christian faith-based organisation, involved in Language Development, Bible Translation, Literacy and Community Development among minority languages of Kenya, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated born again Christian  with a good Christian standing, demonstrated spiritual maturity, integrity and a calling to serve to fill the above position in  our Christian International Conference Center - Ruiru. 

The Administration Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the Administrative, procurements and strategic investments functions under the supervision of the Conference Centre Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration degree from a recognised University with a minimum of CPA II. A Master’s Degree in Strategic Management is an added advantage.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role in the hospitality industry.
  • Must have demonstrated a high degree of professional integrity and commitment.
  • Must have had experience in strategic investments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict management skills and crisis management/mitigation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
