Job Title: Secretary to the C.E.O.
Department: Administration
Reports To: HR Manager / C.E.O.

Job Objective: Offering secretarial services to the company C.E.O.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Doing letters for the C.E.O.
  • Keeping C.E.O’s diary.
  • Acting as PA to the C.E.O.
  • Receiving messages on behalf of the C.E.O. 
Skills and Competencies:
  • Very intelligent
  • Aggressive
  • Presentable
  • Problem solving skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Proactive
  • Well groomed, presentable and confident
  • 20 years and above
  • A degree or diploma graduate from reputable organization
  • K.C.S.E mean grade of C+ and above
  • Experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
