Kuku Foods East Africa, a KFC
Franchisee in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania since 2011, is seeking to fill the
position of Regional Training & Operations Manager.
The purpose of this position is to
facilitate the efficient managing, coordinating and driving of all Capability
Development initiatives and ensure achievement of operational excellence
through the implementation of standards and processes.
Based in Nairobi, the Regional
Training & Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Building capability of Management and Team
Members at all establishments;
- Improving quality and timeliness of Developing
Champions training across the company operating systems;
- Drive quality and retention of newly trained
store management teams;
- Maintain and drive a robust Bench Planning
program across the Region;
- Manage the People Capability Reporting process
for the Region;
- Provide direction and ownership of 3rd party
Restaurant Operational Compliance Check process across the Region; and
- Drive the New Product Launch Training and
Certification process across the Region in liaison with the Country
Operations Managers.
The Person

- Ability to develop leaders at all levels to
deliver excellent results, create an enabling culture where people can achieve
their highest potential and enjoy, with a strong sense of urgency and
attentive to detail.
Education and Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised
university.
- At least 5 years training experience in the
hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 7 years’ training/operational
experience in the KFC environment on systems, operations and management.
- Must be fully certified as a KFC trainer up to
Leading Multiple Restaurants (LMR) Level.
