Vacancy: Site Office Secretary
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages, handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, liaising with relevant organizations
  • Typing and word processing
  • Managing databases filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Recruiting, training and supervising junior support staff
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
Qualifications and Training Required
  • A certificate or diploma in secretarial studies
  • Previous office or commercial work experience of 1 year
  • Good IT and administrative skills are a must
  • Valid certificate of good conduct a MUST
