Executive Admin Assistant Job in Nairobi Kenya

Our client, a Studio is seeking for an Executive Admin Assistant to join their dedicated team. 

Key Roles:marketing, Administration and Photo Editing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Personal Assistant to the Director
  • Providing general administrative support to the office and staff
  • identifying new business and selling services to potential clients;
  • keeping up to date with new developments in the  photo designs
  • Assisting the administration team with the upkeep of all reference materials
  • Responding to general business inquiries and providing relevant, accurate information to client
  • Assisting in Editing Photos
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
  • Degree/diploma in Public Relations, Administration or other related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in the same capacity
  • Have good conceptualization skills and the ability to assist in the development of preliminary design concepts into viable design solutions
  • Skills in Photo editing is an added advantage.
