Our client dealing with interior
designs is looking for an Executive Admin
Assistant to join their dedicated team
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to
the office and staff
- identifying new business and selling services
to potential clients;
- keeping up to date with new developments in
the design industry
- Assisting the administration team with the
upkeep of all reference materials
- Responding to general business inquiries and
providing relevant, accurate information to clients
- Provide administrative support to the
management consultants/ trainers/ facilitators
- Taking client briefs, and assembling client
information for design development
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time
to time
Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in Interior Design,
Administration or other related field.
- 2 years’ experience in the same capacity
- Experience in interior designs is an added
advantage.
- Have good conceptualization skills and the
ability to assist in the development of preliminary design concepts into
viable design solutions
- Good administration and Communications kills
