Our client in Motor industry is seeking to recruit Customer Care Personnel (Male Preferred) to join their dedicated team

Location: Nairobi Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models), (tires brands, patterns and sizes)
  • Understand customer’s needs and expectation.
  • Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’ needs.
  • Quote and close the sales order on the initial customer enquiry.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell company products and services offered by the outlet to maximize the turnover and profits.
  • Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
  • Act as a mentor to other members of the Sales Team
  • Be professional and approachable at all times, providing an excellent service to all customer
Qualifications;
  • Diploma is sales and marketing, Customer Service or other related field
  • Should have a B in maths and a Mean Grade of B in KCSE
  • 2 years Experience in sales/customer care
  • Motor industry experience is an added advantage
  • Good customer care skills.
