Advocates (Civil & Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing)
Location:
 Nairobi
Reports To:Managing Partner

Positions Available: Ten (10)

Requirements

  • Law Degree from a recognized institution
  • Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid Practicing Certificate
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Track record of proven performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, written)
  • Energetic, positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Can work effectively under pressure and with minimum supervision

Job Summary: The incumbent will provide professional and administrative support to the firm

Requirements
  • Diploma in legal secretarial studies from a recognized institution preferred
  • Full secretarial training from a recognized institution
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with legal documentation preferred
  • Track record of proven performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, written)
  • Energetic, positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative and work effectively under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentialities and tactful in dealing with clients
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
Position: Legal Clerk
Location:
 Nairobi
Reports To:
 Managing Partner
Positions Available:
 One (1)

Job Summary: The incumbent will provide services to the firm such as filing and service of legal documents in courts, registries and organizations within and out of Nairobi, registration of documents at Lands and Company Registry.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Law
  • At least 2 years of similar work experience
  • Ms-Office proficient
  • Track record of proven performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, written)
  • Energetic, positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentialities and tactful in dealing with clients
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
