The Kenya Film Classification Board
(KFCB) is a State Corporation established under the Film and Stage Plays Act
Cap 222 Laws of Kenya with a regulatory function to ensure that films screened
to the public are in line with the national aspirations and culture.
The Board invites applications from suitable and qualified persons to fill the
following position:Secretarial Assistant III
KFCB Grade 10

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
- Typing from manuscripts;
- Processing data and management of e-office;
- Operating office equipment;
- Ensuring security of office equipment,
documents and records;
- Attending to visitors/clients; and
- Handling telephone calls and appointments.
For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have:-
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean
grade C- (minus) with a C (plain) in English Language or its equivalent
qualification from a recognized institution;
- The following certificates from the Kenya
National Examinations Council:-
- Typewriting II 40 (w.p.m)/ Computerized
Document Processing II
- Business English I/Communications I
- Office Practice I
- Commerce I; and
- Certificate in Computer Applications.
