Brand Marketing Coordinator
Ref: SSM/HRBP/011
 
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Management of Brand Marketing plans
  • Aligning Brand communication content in areas of responsibility with the Company’s Brand positioning strategy
  • Prepare marketing briefs for the development of programs that build brand equity
  • Ensure integration of all marketing mix elements
  • Coordinate the Creative and Media Agencies to develop effective marketing materials, from creation to completion and manage their overall performance
  • Supervise the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns
  • Ensure the Company delivers against the brand essence and promise at each point of contact with stakeholders
  • Provide design for Web, product packaging and other visual communications media for the Company
  • Develop and enrich customer service experience
  • Assist in the development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:
  • KCSE B+ and above
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related field
  • Five years relevant experience in Marketing
  • Creative with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Possession of CIM Diploma and experience in Brand Marketing and FMCG Brand management will be added advantage

Production Supervisor
Ref: HRBP/ENG/07
 
Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following
functions:
  • Preparing and meeting production schedules effectively and efficiently
  • Resourcing and leading production teams
  • Manufacturing cost control
  • Meet quality targets through adherence to established methods and work standards
  • Preparation and maintenance of production score cards
  • Initiate and support continuous improvement programs
  • Workplace organization, health, safety and environmental standards
  • Performance and management reports
  • Shop flow labour relations management.
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production or Automotive)
  • At least five (5) years working experience in manufacturing environment
  • Good communication, planning and organization skills and be results oriented.
