Job Description:
- Prepares food required for lunches
- Responsible for the daily operations of the
kitchen
- Provides professional leadership and direction
to kitchen personnel
- Ensures all recipes, food preparations, and
presentations meet the kitchen’s specifications and commitment to quality
- Maintains a safe, orderly, and clean kitchen
- Demonstrates this by example, using proper
food-handling techniques
- Assist with menu planning
- Verifies that kitchen staff follow all recipes
and portions sizes correctly
- Ensures kitchen and storage areas are kept
clean and organized
- Product Ordering
- Maintain Inventory
- Staff Scheduling
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food& Beverage
production.
- Relevant working experience as a professional
cook/chef
- Experience in stock keeping and record keeping
Position: Waiters
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to
customers.
- Present menus to customers and answer
questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are
enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Escort customers to their tables.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Experience in F&B will be an added
advantage
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in all areas in
the cafeteria
- MUST be able to communicate fluently in
English
- Should be presentable and have good personal
hygiene
Requirements

- Experience as a waiter is a plus
