Job Vacancy: Customer Service Executive - Kenya

Our client is a fast-growing International Pharmaceutical Company with a proven track record of developing, manufacturing and marketing high quality pharmaceutical formulations at affordable prices for the global market. 

They are seeking to recruit Customer Service Executives. 

The Ideal candidates MUST have at least 1-3 years of experience in Telemarketing from any Service Industry preferably Healthcare Insurance or Telecommunication.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Making and receiving customer fulfillment calls, quality calls, renewal calls, follow up and Cold calls.
  • Chasing Business targets and closing deals.
  • Giving transfers to the senior Agent / supervisor.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Ability to type
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Numeric, oral and written language applications
  • Product knowledge
  • Good written and oral skills.
