They are seeking to recruit Customer
Service Executives.
The Ideal candidates MUST have at
least 1-3 years of experience in Telemarketing from any Service Industry
preferably Healthcare Insurance or Telecommunication.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Making and receiving customer fulfillment
calls, quality calls, renewal calls, follow up and Cold calls.
- Chasing Business targets and closing deals.
- Giving transfers to the senior Agent /
supervisor.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications and
requests.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information
to handle product and service inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions and
transactions.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the
customer service process.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, general education degree
or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and
practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Ability to type
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Numeric, oral and written language
applications
- Product knowledge
- Good written and oral skills.
