Relationship Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Regularly travelling to attend meetings
with clients
- In depth analysing and interpreting
performance and customer service data.
- Seeking customer and front line staff feedback
to develop continuous improvement plans
- Tracking the mood of the clients through
customer survey forms
- Dealing with customer complaints and
compliments
- Conduct and document process and system audits
using written procedures as audit standards
- Ensuring that the cleaning manual and
procedures are followed to the latter
- Organise training and exercises for all
employees as appropriate
- Ensuring that any training materials required
in performance management are prepared a week before the actual training
- Proper filing of the work plans and scrubbing
schedules
- Carry out inspections to ensure that
workstations are cleaned and disinfected appropriately
- Participate in the construction and/or
revision of SOPs
- In depth experience of analyzing and
interpreting performance and customer service data.
- Experience in employing customer and front
line staff feedback to develop continuous improvement plans.
- Experience of report writing and ability to
prepare and present complex reports to a wide range of key Customers
Skills and Experience
- A Degree/Diploma in Business related Studies
- An IT experience is an added advantage
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the same
- Ensure that product and services of employees
are reliable
- Documenting findings of improvements and
faults in products and services
- Have good communication and report writing
skills
- Excellent computer skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing
staff groups and major projects and initiatives
- Have good analytical skills
- Be a good listener, able to respond to results
and consumer research
- Be enthusiastic and a go getter
