The incumbents' goal is to meet client needs and ensure more client attraction and retention.

We are a thriving, fast-paced Women coaching organisation based in Nairobi Kenya, but we serve customers and clients around the globe. 

We are seeking Client Relations Executive who really knows how to build enduring relationships with clients, meet their needs and contribute to developing programs that exceed client expectations. 

In addition, they need to be conversant with the digital world, and the email world.

The Work: The Client Relations Executive would essentially establish and cultivate relationships with the organization’s clients. 

Their goal is to meet client needs and ensure more client attraction and retention. The incumbent would also execute events so that clients experience the greatest benefits of our organization’s programs. 

This professional would also introduce new products, respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client concerns.

Client Relations Executive would additionally develop sponsor proposals and collaborate with the organization’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of programs. 

They will also work to streamline business operations by helping to reduce costs. 

The incumbent would work with other managers at the company to create a consistent client messaging and PR strategy. 

They will be responsible for online communication and off-line including Social Media, Website stories and testimonials, emails and telephone communication.

The Requirements
  • The Client Relation Executive must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • They must have clear understanding of using Social Media as business platform and how to keep clients engaged with the organization.
  • They additionally must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • They should be able to manage time, projects and communication efficiently and be detail oriented.
  • They also must be strategic planners and have a strong understanding of our programs so they can train clients and answer questions in both group and one-on-one situations.
  • Client Relations Executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well.
  • In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
  • They must be proficient with computers including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
The basic application requirements
  • At least 3 years of client relations experience in a fast paced “marketing centric” environment
  • A degree in Marketing, social sciences or the Humanities
  • An educational background that combines marketing and writing (English, creative writing, journalism, etc.)
  • Understanding of project management
  • Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Quickbooks
  • And, of course, experience using business-related media platforms (including Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter, Wordpress, and Facebook).
