Our client is in the IT Industry currently recruiting  an Enterprise Sales Manager

Purpose of the Role

  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team; providing leadership and direction.
  • Drive our Enterprise Sales Department to achieve consistent visibility for the Company’s ICT products & services and growth in revenue.
  • Prepare, plan and execute sales programs aimed at penetration, relationship building, and sales presentations to meet our customer’s specific ICT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and lead the sales team to achieve own target & overall sales targets for the Department.
  • Monitor performance of the sales team and provide guidance in preparation of sales proposals, presentations and tender preparation.
  • Maintain our company’s key client relationships and contacts to explore specific needs and anticipate new opportunities.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Work in liaison with the Finance Department to ensure receivables are realized on time.
  • Analyze ICT trends and recommend potential partner relationships in the provision of ICT solutions.
  • Analyze sales progress in the department and provide accurate reports giving performance and forecast of monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenues.
  • Assess the team’s training requirements and coordinate sales certification in the relevant areas as per the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the marketing activities within Enterprise Sales.
Education, Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor degree in B.Com (Marketing/ Business Management or related Degree)
  • Must have 4+ years as Sales Manager in ICT related sales. 
  • Aggressive, ambitious and result – oriented individual with proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Leadership skills with ability to develop and mentor the sales team.
  • Good understanding of the ICT industry and in selling high end ICT solutions
  • Exceptional skills in communication– written, verbal, presentation; planning, organization.
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills.

Credit Controller

The job holder’s accountability areas are outlined as follows;

Knowledge and Skills Required:

The job holder must possess;
  • A Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • CPA – K or ACCA certified
  • Five (5) years working experience in a Finance field; 4 of which must have been served in a similar role
  • Should be confident, a self starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with accounting packages.
  • Strong decision making abilities, analytical skills and planning skills.
Salary Shs 90,000-100,000
