Part-Time Tutors
 
Reporting to the Principal, this position is responsible for delivering quality teaching to health care trainees.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification at degree level, and with more than 2 years post internship work experience, of which 1 year must be in delivering teaching to health care trainees/workers. 

In addition, they must be able to commit consistent hours per week to deliver training.

Clinical Nurse Instructor
 
Reporting to the Principal, this position is responsible for facilitating clinical teaching and improving nursing quality to nursing trainees on rotation, congruent with The Nairobi Women Hospital's mission, vision, goals, core values, priorities and resources.

Applicants must be
 in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with professional qualification at degree level, and with more than 1 year relevant work experience.

Students Matron
 
Reporting to the Principal, this position is responsible for the monitoring and well-being of the welfare of the students and for the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the college facilities, in a residential environment in an effective, cost effective manner.

Applicants must be
 in possession of a recognized post-secondary diploma, and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. In addition, he/she must have a liking for and understanding of young people and should be firm and able to demonstrate good sense. 

They should have good personal inter-active skills with young people and be a good listener, flexible in outlook, reliable, warm and friendly in disposition, with sufficient sensitivity to show tact and diplomacy.

Caretaker
 
Reporting to the Matron, this position is responsible for the general maintenance of the compound, including gardening, as well as repairs of minor defects, waste disposal and ensuring consistent supply of water and electricity.

Applicants must be
 in possession of a relevant post-secondary certificate, and a minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience.
