Reporting to the Manager, Security
Services, the Chief Security Officer, Regions will be responsible for securing
and safeguarding company assets and resources in the Region.
The key responsibilities for this
position are;-
- Overseeing implementation of security measures
and regulations by employees and customers in the Region.
- Safeguarding security of Company assets
against theft, pilferage, damage, misuse or sabotage.
- Liaising with law enforcement agencies to
ensure effective execution of security services
- Sensitising internal and external customers on
matters of general security, crime prevention and fraud control.
- Supervising contracted and seconded security
personnel to ensure value for money.
- Undertaking security intelligence surveys and
recommending necessary interventions.
- Undertaking investigations of motor accidents
involving Company vehicles and taking the necessary actions.
- Evaluating changes to the regional security
environment for impact and presenting findings to regional management.
- Carrying out risk assessments and making
recommendations to management.
- Coordinating investigations on all acts of
crime or any losses incurred against the Company and taking necessary
action.
- Implementing strategies on business continuity
planning, privacy, loss prevention and fraud prevention.
- Overseeing and coordinating security efforts across
the region including information technology, human resources,
communications and facilities management.
Appointment Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Diploma in Criminology/Forensic Science or
related field
- Military/Police/National Youth Service Training/Protective
Security Industry Training
- 9 years work experience

Marketing, the Chief Marketing Officer, Market Research will be responsible for
undertaking studies on requirement, pricing and availability of electricity to
meet customer needs.
The key responsibilities for this position are;-
- Devising methods and procedures for obtaining
customer data related to electricity consumption.
- Gathering market data on trends of energy
usage.
- Analyzing marketing research data and making
recommendations for adoption and interventions.
- Spearheading research on customer behavior and
recommending appropriate actions.
- Identifying and monitoring competition and any
changes in the industry that may affect the business.
- Creating specialized reports for deliverables
that highlight key market trends, strategic implications and actionable
recommendations.
- Making periodic presentations on market
research findings to management.
- Nurturing relationships with external market
research partners for information sharing and collaboration.
- Participating in outreach and collaborative
activities to influence power customer behavior.
