Job Title: Administration Officer
Reports To: HR Manager
Main Responsibilities- Supervise office services - telephone,
cleaning and messengers.
- To ensure that office utilities (electricity,
water, telephone lines) are functional and all bills are paid in a timely
manner.
- Ensure that allocation of office furniture and
equipment are done and records kept of the same.
- Management and administration of transport
services and allocation of vehicles including supervising drivers
- Coordinate maintenance of the buildings.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and
cleaning services.
- Coordinate security matters in the offices.
Academic Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration / Management
or related field from a recognized institution
