Admin Assistant Job in Kenya

As an Administrative Assistant, you would be making sure that day-to-day office tasks run smoothly. So it’s important that you are organized, accurate and pay close attention to detail.  

Responsibilities:

  • Making sure that there is enough stationery
  • Answering the telephone and passing on calls
  • Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
  • Customer service
  • Cold calling potential clients
  • Typing and setting up documents such as letters and reports
  • Keeping inventory records
  • Filing
  • Setting up meetings and taking minutes
  • Office cleaning and tidying up
Eligibility
  • Diploma in customer service/ front office management
  • 1 year work experience
  • Passionate and highly motivated
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Willingness to cold call
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
