As an Administrative Assistant,
you would be making sure that day-to-day office tasks run smoothly. So it’s
important that you are organized, accurate and pay close attention to
detail.

- Making sure that there is enough stationery
- Answering the telephone and passing on calls
- Reception duties such as greeting and looking
after visitors
- Customer service
- Cold calling potential clients
- Typing and setting up documents such as
letters and reports
- Keeping inventory records
- Filing
- Setting up meetings and taking minutes
- Office cleaning and tidying up
Eligibility
- Diploma in customer service/ front office
management
- 1 year work experience
- Passionate and highly motivated
- Great communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Willingness to cold call
- Team player with a strong work ethic
