Our client,
an Estate Association, is looking for an ablePart Time Accounts Clerk to provide financial
services to the Estates management two days a week.
Job
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts and
assists with general ledger maintenance.
- Preparation of journal
entries, cash and inter-fund transfers.
- Preparation of
vouchers for payments
- Preparation of
accounting reports, balance sheet and trial balance.
- Reconciliation of
creditors and debtors of accounts.
- Filing of KRA returns
and other statutory documents.
- Recommend procedures
for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Any other duties as
directed by the manager.
Eligibility:
- Business Related
Degree.
- CPA Part 1
- Experience: 1 year
working experience
NB/ The
Accounts Clerk will only work for 2 days a week.
