Marketing & Administration Assistant Job in Nairobi Kenya (40K - 80K)

Our client is an Agricultural company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Marketing & Administration Assistant

The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an Agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the commercial operations of the inputs platform team.
  • Follow-up on key reporting documents; Weekly position report, debtors schedule and any other schedule which may be needed.
  • Assist commercial personnel in preparation of documents for tender submission and submission made on time.
  • Preparation of sales and purchase contracts.
  • Import schedule and liaise with operations to ensure all required documents are in place for importation and execution of importation.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have an ability to compute quickly and accurately.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Good clerical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 40,000 - 80,000 /= depending on experience
