Our client an NGO dealing in changing
livelihoods in projects countrywide is seeking administrative Assistant to be
based in Nairobi
Duties
Duties
- Assist planning, staffing, scheduling,
budgeting, ensuring quality of work, consistency across projects,
coordinating with consultants, and communicating with the client and
regulators.
- Provides project cost analysis on a daily
basis to determine costs expended against bid estimate
- Update and understand project summaries and
update work order
- Coordinate travel arrangements, report petty
cash use, report staff work hours to be converted to payroll.
- Record, track and report all project site
expenses in heavy job
- Work with site superintendent and project
manager to ensure all client billings are processed monthly by verifying
quantities and percent completion.
- Track and record all credit card reports.

responsibilities, duties or requirements. Additional tasks
may be requested as needed to meet overall objectives
- The candidate should have a degree or diploma
in business administration and basic accounting skills with not less than 3
years’ experience.

This position will be assigned to
multiple job sites during a calendar year and will most likely be away from
home for long periods during an extended project.
