Accounts Clerk Job Vacancy in Kenya

Job Title: Accounts Clerk
 
Reports To:Director   
 
Role Summary: Reporting to the Director, the Accounts Clerk will be responsible for Book keeping, cashiering and Stock monitoring.
Primary Responsibilities
·                     Responsible for Payments of creditors, salaries and other statutory bodies
·                     Tabulation and payment of VAT and other levies.
·                     In liaison with the Restaurant Supervisor prepare the days budget and arrange for purchases
·                     Cash management through ensuring reconciliation against of sales.
·                     Stock Control; Monitoring of stock by maintaining a stock inventory and reorder level.
·                     Report writing  preparing the daily sales/stock report to the director
·                     Preparation of monthly accounts for the company
·                     Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
·                     The candidate must possess a minimum of a CPA 1
·                     Must have at least  1 years work experience in a business involving high volume sales
·                     Must have good problem solving skills
·                     Team Management will be an added advantage
·                     Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
