Position: Finance Manager
Industry: Manufacturing (FMCG)
Location: Libya (Office Operations based in Cairo,
Egypt)
Our Client a renowned
distributor of a popular beverage is seeking to fill the position of a Finance
Manager who will assist the organization’s mission to ensure that the
Organization grows its multibillion dollar global beverage revenue by
mid-single digits annually through world class brand building and innovation.
Duties:
- Communicate
key insights and recommendations to senior management to drive GBG
innovation agendas
- Drive
capital investment decisions regarding manufacturing capabilities
highlighting make vs buy and fixed vs variable trade-offs.
- Understand
innovation performance and provide recommendations on course corrections
and impact on strategy
- Provide
finance thought leadership and financial analysis on innovation projects
and customization projects
- Perform
company peer competitive analysis and earnings snapshots
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate
degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for MBA
- 6+
years accounting and budget/financial analysis experience.
- Ability
to effectively interact with management.
- Excellent
analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into
actionable skills/processes
- Strong
people skills to manage information-gathering requests
- Results
oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner,
and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent
organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and
verbal)
- Able to
work independently while keeping Manager apprised of progress and issues
- Ability
to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change
- Comfort
in ambiguity as demonstrated by being able to adapt in less-structured
environment
- Strong
problem solving capability to figure out solutions to complex issues
- Proficient
in Excel and other Microsoft products
