Manager - Training

Responsible for:
 Coordinates training programmes at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration
 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identifying staff training needs.
  • Organising and managing training programmes.
  • Developing training curriculum and delivering training.
  • Administering examinations.
  • Preparing budgets.
  • Implementing relevant policies and business plans.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Supervising staff.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
  • Masters Degree
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A PHD will be an added advantage
  • Qualifications in Education or a Learning Development area will be an added advantage.
  • Three (3) years experience at a Manager level or equivalent position in a large organization.
  • Training experience in a large training institution will be au added advantage.
  • Experience in curricula development will be an added advantage.

Supervisor, Examinations

Responsible for:
 Delivering quality training set and administers examinations and conduct va1uation on training.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Organizing examination materials
  • Supervising exam invigilator’s
  • Disseminating information, answering enquiries and dealing with complaints regarding examinations.
  • Ensuring safe custody of examination materials
  • Organising the examination rooms, in accordance with regulations.
  • Issuing examination timetables
  • Briefing staff and trainees on examination regulations and preparing written guidelines for staff and students;
  • Organizing the inputting of data for student examinations.
  • Supervising the distribution of external examination papers.
  • Supervising collection and custody of completed examination papers.
  • Supervising issuance of exam results to trainees.
  • Supervising production of examination results statistics.
  • Any other duties assigned.
Skills Required:
  • Master’s degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A PHD will be an added advantage
  • Training in a learning development area will be an added advantage
  • Three (3) years experience at an Officer level or equivalent position in a large organization.
  • At least two (2) years experience in an exam handling in a large training institution.
  • Certificate of good conduct

Supervisor, Training (Business Management)

Responsible for:

  • Setting, administering and grading the examinations.
  • Conducting post training evaluation.

  • Business Management qualifications
  • Qualification in a Learning Development area will be an added advantage
  • Three (3) years experience at an Officer level or equivalent position in a large organization.

  • Training experience in a business related area is mandatory.
