Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizing examination materials
- Supervising exam invigilator’s
- Disseminating information, answering enquiries
and dealing with complaints regarding examinations.
- Ensuring safe custody of examination materials
- Organising the examination rooms, in
accordance with regulations.
- Issuing examination timetables
- Briefing staff and trainees on examination
regulations and preparing written guidelines for staff and students;
- Organizing the inputting of data for student
examinations.
- Supervising the distribution of external
examination papers.
- Supervising collection and custody of completed
examination papers.
- Supervising issuance of exam results to
trainees.
- Supervising production of examination results
statistics.
