Administrative Assistant Job in Kenya – HR

Kazini Africa is looking for an HR administrative assistant to provide support and coordinate activities in the office.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Review applicant’s CVs
  • Call interviewees and invite them to interview
  • Draft and send emails to interviewees
  • Call interviewee references
  • Carry out telephonic vetting of applicants
  • Receiving visitors at the Kazini Office
  • Filing of office admin records
  • Timely reporting
  • Other duties as assigned
Eligibility:
  • Graduate with a degree or diploma in a business related course.  Specialization in HR is an added advantage.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Focused and target oriented
  • Passionate and highly motivated
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
