1. Business Development Manager / Strategist
(Two Positions - Thika & Nairobi)
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble strategic insights, develops
data, prepares planning documents, researches assigned problems, and recommends
appropriate solutions to senior management for Board of Directors.
·
Keep abreast of emerging behaviors,
technologies, and companies that are changing our client’s businesses.
Qualifications:
·
Degree in Pharma field.
·
Bachelor’s degrees in business
management or related fields will be added advantage.
·
Related qualification in business
strategy.
·
10 years’ experience in Pharma
market.
·
Related experience in finance or
accounts.
2. Business Development Manager - Exports
(One Position - Nairobi)
Key Responsibilities:
·
To develop the export market.
Qualifications:
·
Degree in Pharma field.
·
Bachelor’s degrees in business
management or related fields will be added advantage.
·
Related qualification in business
strategy.
·
10 years’ experience in Pharma
market.
·
Related experience in finance or
accounts.
3. Chief Executive Officer
(One Position - Thika)
Responsibility:
·
To lead and oversee the
implementation of the Company’s long and short term plans in accordance with
its strategy.
·
To act as a liaison between
management and the Board.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelors’ degree in Pharma.
·
Master’s degree in business
management or related fields will be added advantage.
·
15 years’ experience in Pharma
especially in Kenya and surrounding countries.
·
Extensive travelling experience.
·
Related experience in finance or
accounts.
4. Legal Officer (One Position - Thika)
Key Responsibilities:
·
Providing legal advice to company
including reviewing legal documentation.
·
Drafting Standard contracts and
specialized contracts for specific activities.
Qualifications:
·
A law graduate from a recognized
university.
·
Should be well-versed with labour
laws and civil litigations.
·
Should be well-versed with transfer
of property deals and be able to draft agreements.
·
Have at least 2 years’ experience as
a practicing lawyer, preferably in administrative and civil matters.
5. Customer Care Officer (One Position - Thika)
Key Responsibilities:
·
Handle customer inquiries,
complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests.
·
Problem resolution and design
best-option solutions.
·
Interface daily with internal
partners in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer
affairs divisions.
Qualifications:
·
A degree in Public Relations or Sales
and Marketing.
·
Related experience or educational
qualification in Pharma field.
·
5 years or more of work experience in
customer service in a senior position.
·
Extensive experience in Pharma Field.
6. Plant Engineer (One Position - Nairobi)
Key Responsibilities:
·
Define, propose and monitor the
implementation of the Plant Engineering team’s plans and objectives in
accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the Key Engineering
Activities as outlined by the board and management.
·
Lead and coordinate the Factory
Engineering team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to
achieve the team’s mission and objectives.
Qualifications:
·
Degree in engineering, preferably
mechanical / chemical / process engineering.
·
Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in a
technical field, preferable in pharmaceutical, food, chemical manufacturing
industry, including Maintenance responsibilities.
·
Supervisory experience in previous
assignment.
7. Project Manager
An associated Real Estate Development
Company in Thika is looking to recruit a PM.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Development and execution of the
company’s long term and short term strategies.
·
Will ultimately be responsible for
all day to day operations and will report to the B.O.D.
Qualifications:
·
5 years’ experience in real estate
development in a senior management position.
·
Bachelor degree in Quantity
Surveying/Building economics or project management with experience in related
field.
·
Proof of business survey, leadership
skills and commitment.
8. Mall Manager
A newly built Mall in Thika requires
a competent person.
Key Responsibility:
·
To manage the day to day affairs and
report to the Managing Director.
Qualifications:
·
5 years’ experience in managing
Malls/Commercial Buildings.
·
Accounting and Finance knowledge
would be an added advantage.
